The sky brings us beauty every day, although often it may rain or be cloudy these atmospheric phonomenon often produce striking visiual effects sooner or later. Rainbows may appear opposite of the sun and  sun dogs  are often very close to the sun. The beauty of a colorful sunrise or sunset is often missed by those who don't look for it.

At night a full moon rising over a cloud bank or a brillant star or planet in a starry sky is a sight to marvel at. When the sky is very clear and steady the eyes may see the milky way as it crosses overhead; and views of thru a telescope of planets, star clouds, and nebulae are simply magnificent!

Spend sometime to look at the world of nature all around us.  I've tried to do this all my life. "It is one of the most rewarding experiences a human can do".

Hi, my name is Al Paslow. I live in Bethel Park, Pa 15102. This site is a small collection of information about some of the things that are inportant to me in life. Here you'll learn a little bit about me: my interests and hobbies, the people in my family, my pets, and my astronomy and telescope making. I've even included a list of my favorite links to other sites.

On this site, I'll introduce myself and talk about my reasons for wanting a web site. I might put a picture of myself on this page...or just a picture that I especially like.

To the left is my wife and my little Stormie. I have two other sons, Brett & Josh. but they're never around for pictures. I really like taking pictures and I should post as many as possible. Many will be of Stormie.... so get ready!!

I would like to hear from you if you wish to contact me about this site or astronomy matters.  My e-mail addresses are as follows:
